Kulongoski Making Oregon a Leader in Ocean Wave Energy

Ted recently endorsed the creation of the Wave Energy Research, Development and Demonstration Center in Oregon to make the state a leader in the use of renewable energy from ocean waves.

"I am committed to doing everything I can to locate the Center in Oregon," he told OSU researchers, "and I intend to work at both the federal and state levels."

Ted is working with federal officials to secure $3 million for the technology center.
